Your Questions, Answered

Find quick answers to common questions about Summit and Shadow fine art photography prints, from custom orders and framing to what to expect from the prints, shipping and delivery.

  • We do not offer custom print sizes at this time.

Framing/Mounting is available on request – please contact me for a bespoke quote tailored to your space.

  • Where a print is offered in Large/Extra Large/Collector sizes, these are produced as limited editions, with the edition size shown on the product page. Each limited edition print includes a signed certificate of authenticity detailing the print method, size, edition number, and total edition size.

  • Each print is produced using giclée pigment‑ink printing – ideal for photographic, illustration, or painting reproductions that require maximum detail and archival longevity. With appropriate care and display, giclée pigment prints are rated to last for many decades, often well over 100 years, without noticeable fading.

  • Please contact me as soon as possible; once printing has started, changes may not be possible

  • Delivery costs for giclée prints are included in the print price. Bespoke framed/mounted pieces will incur additional delivery charges, which will be confirmed in your framing quote.

  • We carefully package giclée prints up to and including A3 in rigid mailers with additional stiffeners to protect them in transit.
Giclée prints larger than A3 are sent in wide 100 mm diameter tubes (up to two prints per tube) to minimise curl and ensure safe delivery.

  • Within the UK, sizes up to A1 are sent via Royal Mail tracked or signed‑for services. We normally pack no more than three prints in a tube; larger quantities or formats are shipped in multiple tubes or flat‑packed by courier. Delivery is typically expected within 4–6 business days once dispatched.

  • For international orders, total turnaround time includes both production and shipping. Sizes up to A1 are sent via Royal Mail tracked or signed‑for services, with no more than three prints per tube; larger quantities or formats are shipped in multiple tubes or flat‑packed by courier. Royal Mail’s international tracked services aim to deliver to Europe within 5–7 business days and to the rest of the world within 7–10 business days from dispatch.

  • In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the damage and packaging within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange next steps.

If we confirm that the print was damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement (where possible) or a full refund once the damaged print has been returned to us. We’ll cover the cost of returning any item found to be damaged or faulty.
